This distinctive example of Ontario vernacular architecture in board and batten features dramatic Gothic revival and classic revival detailing. Group of Seven artist Frederick Varley lived here in his later years as a guest of Kathy McKay, and had a studio in the basement. The space showcases the work of local artists.
